General Admission Requirements

All applicants, regardless of programme, must submit the following:

  • A completed application form
  • Certified copy of Omang or Passport
  • Certified copies of academic certificates or transcripts
  • Proof of payment for registration fee (where applicable)
  • Any additional documents required for specific programmes

Only certified copies of documents will be accepted. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Programme-specific Entry Requirements

Health Care Assistant (HCA)

JCE or BGCSE or equivalent qualification

Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)

Minimum of 30 points in BGCSE; certified copy of Omang or Passport

Pharmacy Assistant

Minimum of 30 points in BGCSE; certified copy of Omang or Passport

Phlebotomy

A health-related course certificate; certified copy of Omang or Passport

First Aid

JCE or BGCSE or equivalent qualification

HIV/AIDS and Counselling

JCE or BGCSE or equivalent qualification

Beauty & Personal Care Programmes

(Manicure & Pedicure, Make Up, Massage, Hair Dressing, Facials) — JCE or BGCSE and interest in beauty/wellness

Life Coaching and Counselling

JCE or BGCSE; interest in personal development or community support work

Application Process

  1. Programme selection: Choose the programme that aligns with your goals.
  2. Submit application: In person at the Admissions Office or online (when available).
  3. Document verification: Admissions verifies all documents.
  4. Application review: Admissions Committee assesses suitability and space availability.
  5. Admission decision: Successful applicants receive a Letter of Admission.
  6. Registration: Accept offer, pay registration fee and initial tuition installment, complete registration.

Applicants are encouraged to apply early; spaces are limited.

Fees and Payment Policy

Fees vary by programme and duration. Tuition may be paid in instalments according to the official fee schedule. All payments must meet institutional deadlines. Fees are subject to review.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Applicants with relevant work experience, prior training, or informal learning may be considered for admission through RPL subject to assessment and approval.

International Students

International applicants must possess a valid passport, meet programme-specific requirements, comply with immigration regulations, and ensure documents are translated into English where applicable.

Accommodation

Accommodation may be available subject to capacity. Indicate requirements during application.
